Photo of the Month         Maya and her shelter dog, Roxie. In the U.S., there are 6-8 million  homeless animals entering animal shelters every year. Less half of these animals are adopted, and the majority are tragically euthanized. Pledge to Spay or Neuter Your Pets! 1. Grooming is time with your pet and will improve their coat as well as help you find little things wrong that you can see, grooming is a massage for them. 2. Do not give animals human medication unless instructed by your vet! 3. Insect protection is important for your pet. Eliminate standing water to prevent mosquito and other insect growth. 4. If your dog is lost put an article of your clothing on your doorstep, so that your dog can follow the scent.
