Green River Animal Welfare League, Inc. or GRAWL (sounds like "growl") is a non- profit organization dedicated to improving animal welfare in Adair County, Kentucky and surrounding counties. Our current emphasis is on controlling pet overpopulation by spaying and neutering. Less half of these animals are adopted, and the majority are tragically euthanized. Pledge to Spay or Neuter Your Pets! 1. Spay/Neuter your pet! 2. Do not give animals human medication unless instructed by your vet! ANIMALS ARE NOT HUMANS! 3. To stop your puppy from chewing your shoes, get him a toy. You may have to try out one or two before you find one he likes. Hold your toy to get your scent on the toy. This is why your puppy wants your shoes. 4.
